The Chamber presents its compliments, this is to inform you that we received a letter addressed by his Royal Highness Eastern region Prince (13 x 6000) dated (6/8/1435), containing that some of the hotels and shopping malls, resorts and rest houses built where some festivals and events without prior approval by the competent authorities and this is contrary to the regulations and instructions.
Therefore it is effective that it is prohibitive to start any festivals or events or activities unless the approval by the competent authorities in accordance with the rules and procedures governing shopping festivals held in the Kingdom, as well as comply with regulations and instructions in force during any activities authorized, if any, will be handled in accordance with the regulations and instructions.
